Local nursery expands baby facilities

Streatham House Nursery is celebrating the launch of an impressive new Baby Unit within its extensive grounds in Blundellsands. Streatham House was established in 1925 and has been owned and run by the Apel family since 2011.

Nursery Manager Karen Bradbury said, ‘This is a very exciting time for our nursery. We have expanded our baby provision by creating another beautiful, bespoke baby room. We have fantastic facilities and a lovely, homely environment for our babies. Our great team of qualified nursery practitioners are passionate about caring for each unique child. We work in partnership with families to provide the very best early years experiences and happy childhood memories.’

Nursery owner Tim Apel added, ‘We were proud to remain open to key workers’ children during the pandemic lockdowns. Our recent investment in the new Baby Unit demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing the very best care, education, and support for children and their families’. The nursery is open 50 weeks a year to children aged 3 months to 5 years. Limited spaces are available for a January 2022 start. For further details, or to arrange a visit, please call 0151 924 2445.
